James has been in Singapore since 2009, and has lived in Asia for over 30 years. He currently serves as Vice President, Global Air Account Management, for Expedia Group, one of the world’s largest travel companies, operating more than 200 travel booking sites in more than 75 countries. Prior to joining Expedia in 2010, he worked for 10 years in a variety of leadership roles with Amadeus IT Group, based in Bangkok and Singapore. In earlier years he has worked at the French Embassy in Kuala Lumpur as Science Attaché, was a Trade Advisor for the Development Institute of the Murcia Region in Hong Kong, and also established an import and distribution business for building materials in Hong Kong and Shanghai. 

James holds an MBA from INSEAD. He also graduated from ESCP Europe (Oxford, Madrid, Paris) where he earned a master’s degree in international management. James maintains triple citizenship from Spain, France and the UK.
